Service & Maintenance Program

David J Clayton has been working in the building and joinery trade now for over 12 years.  

In that time we have gathered a wealth of experience to allow us to offer a wide range of services and to carry out the required maintenance work on your properties.

Working in partnership with other equally qualified tradesmen, we have been able to combine our efforts to help many local landlords and privatly owned properties, to maintain, service and periodically inspect them, to ensure that they are kept to a letting standard.

Over the last 9 years we have worked closely with a housing association where we had the responsibility for over 150 properties.  During this time we gathered valuable skills not only in the remedial work, but in building relationships with our clients and their tenants.

More recently we have found that landlords have the need for a local and reliable company to help manage the day-to-day running of the properties, which can make for an economical and sensible
solution for their business.  Therefore we have created this program to present to the various landlords and letting agents in the hope that we can improve confidence and provide a first rate
service giving you the peace of mind that your properties are being looked after.
