This customer had a ground floor room with a flat roof which, was tiled and surrounded by a parapet wall. This tiled roof was leaking and had no degree of fall to take the rain water away, so a fiberglass floor/ roof was added with new timber joists to give new fall and a box gutter to take the water.

Leaking patio in need of covering. Walled in patio. New joists to incress fall. New osb boarding ready for fiberglass. New step fiberglassed in. First coat of fiberglass covering applied. Second coat applied. Box gulley to take rain water run off. All ready for top coat coloring coat. Fiberglassed with water running into gutter. Step has to have non-slip granula finish. Finished coating already for the weather. Box guttering. All finished and water tite.
